Brand communication is the consistent expression of a brand’s story, values, and promises across every channel. It creates alignment between what the brand says and how audiences perceive it. A brand communication chaos occurs when messaging becomes fragmented, inconsistent, or contradictory. The challenge with chaos is that it looks like activity but lacks cohesion. Brands may launch multiple campaigns, create frequent posts, and issue rapid announcements … but they fail to connect.
