I work with senior leaders and ambitious organisations at high-stakes moments where direction exists, but a decisive shift in thinking is required to move forward … sometimes visible as C-suite articulation gaps, and at other times as brand drift.

My work follows a clear hierarchy. Breakthrough thinking comes first, because brands only move when leadership intent is sharpened at the source. From there, C-Suite Articulation ensures that intent carries clearly, and Brand Reframe restores coherence and movement at an organisational level.

I have lived this belief through decades of advertising, entrepreneurship, consulting, and independent practice. I have seen repeatedly that momentum does not come from accumulation of tactics, but from a clear shift in thinking that people recognise and rally around. When leadership thinking is explicit and coherent, direction follows.

This page traces how that belief was forged … and how it now shapes the way I work with leaders first, and brands second. That idea is rarely obvious … it emerges through a decisive shift in thinking.

Proof of Authority

Across four and a half decades, I have worked across the full spectrum of brand and leadership contexts. From multinational advertising agencies to entrepreneurial ventures and global consulting, each chapter added discipline, judgment, and strategic range.

I began as a copywriter at Ogilvy and JWT, rising to Creative Director at Lowe Lintas, handling international megabrands where clarity and precision were non-negotiable. Those years sharpened my instinct for ideas that align organisations, not just audiences.

My entrepreneurial chapter as Founder and CEO of Avigna Technologies built one of India’s early digital innovation firms, growing to nearly 150 people, attracting investment from a technology giant, delivering globally recognised work, and becoming Cannes Lions finalists in 2000.

Since then, decades of advising ambitious businesses across the US, UK, and India have shaped the authority I bring today … at the intersection of leadership clarity and brand movement. Across these contexts, one capability became central … the ability to see the shift in thinking that unlocks movement when others are still working within the problem.

My Journey in Three Acts

ACT I … Multinational Advertising

This is where I learned how creativity and commerce truly intersect. Ogilvy, JWT, and Lowe Lintas taught me discipline, craft, and the confidence to deliver ideas robust enough for global brands and distinctive enough to endure.

ACT II … Entrepreneurship & Digital Innovation

Avigna Technologies pioneered digital experiences before “digital” became fashionable. We broke patterns, built award-recognised work, and learned to innovate under pressure … lessons that shaped my belief in the strategic power of being unusual with intent.

ACT III … Consulting & Solopreneurship

I tested models, built ecosystems, and advised leaders across industries. These years deepened my understanding of why brands stall, how leaders lose clarity under scale, and what truly restores thrust.

Each act reinforced a single truth: clarity follows a breakthrough in thinking, not an increase in activity.

My true wealth is relational. Over decades, I have built trusted relationships with leaders, founders, and organisations of every scale. These relationships taught me that small brands can think boldly, and large brands can move decisively when clarity is present.

I believe progress multiplies through trust. I celebrate client breakthroughs as my own, because my work is ultimately about restoring movement where ambition already exists.
