I work with leaders and their brands at the point where things should be moving… but aren’t. The plan is there. The numbers may be there. But the board keeps questioning it, or the market just isn’t responding the way it should. What looks like an execution problem usually isn’t. It shows up as repeated questions, slow decisions, or a lack of response despite continued effort.
At that point, doing more doesn’t fix it. Despite explaining the situation, presenting it more clearly, or trying to drive it harder, it still doesn’t settle or show traction. I step in to create a breakthrough … so things actually start moving. Once we get that strategic shift, the same situation is easier to act on, easier to back, and easier to move forward.
