Brand Reframe is not executional marketing or campaign production. It is strategic reframing work that identifies what is preventing momentum and recentres the brand around a single, galvanising idea. Execution may follow, but only once direction is resolved and coherence is restored. Direction must be clear before action can compound.

Stage 1: Clarity Sprint

The Clarity Sprint is the formal diagnostic that begins Brand Reframe work. It identifies what is truly blocking momentum and reframes direction with precision. Stage 2: Breakthrough Blueprint

Where the Clarity Sprint reveals a broader repositioning opportunity, work may deepen into a Breakthrough Blueprint. This stage expands the reframed direction into a structured roadmap for positioning, narrative, and strategic activation. It gives teams something clear to align behind without rushing into execution. Blueprint work turns insight into usable direction.

Stage 3: Execution Oversight

Where brands are ready to activate a breakthrough idea, I may remain involved to protect strategic coherence. This is not project management or operational supervision. It is senior oversight to ensure intent, tone, and direction are not diluted as work moves into market. Execution succeeds when clarity is actively stewarded.

Stage 4: Relationship Access

Some brands require continuity rather than episodic intervention. Relationship Access provides ongoing strategic counsel once deep work has already been done together. This allows decisions, refinements, and adjustments to stay aligned without rebriefing from scratch. Continuity protects momentum between inflection points.

Stage 5: Implementation Support

In certain cases, implementation support may be provided through my extended team, but only where strategy has already been co-created. This ensures fidelity to the original breakthrough idea and avoids misinterpretation. Implementation is scoped case by case and never offered standalone. Execution follows clarity, it does not replace it.

This avoids premature scope and protects both focus and momentum. Clarity must be established before direction can safely expand.

Requests are reviewed personally to ensure fit, seriousness, and timing. Where Brand Reframe is not the right next step, I will say so clearly. This preserves integrity on both sides.

The Clarity Sprint is a fixed-fee diagnostic and is priced at USD $1000. Subsequent stages involve deeper Brand Reframe engagements and typically range from low five figures upward. These further stages are scoped only after diagnostic clarity is established.
